“Brian’s” stories are painted with different coloured slips on hand-built, burnished terracotta pots, which are fired once at a low temperature. The influences for my visual narratives range from ancient cultures like the Egyptians, the Greek and the Mayans to contemporary comics like Donald Duck and Asterix. The stories try to describe the essence of our culture. And who knows, they might be dug out of the soil in 3000 years.
